6. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

JJ Luxe reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or other circumstances requiring review.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

JJ Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or international customs processes.

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and skincare products, all sales are final.

JJ Luxe does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or personal preference.

9. Product Use & Disclaimer

JJ Luxe products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.
