Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During new product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
International Shipping
JJ Luxe proudly offers international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and any applicable duties or taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes required by their destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
